Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that might help!

Yes!  At least one of our product offerings carries a free trial.  Some however don't like Apple's way of trialing as it requires an upfront commitment to a product offering upon trial expiration without cancellation.  If that's you, we understand, and you're not alone.  We've provided the Gallery so that you can see and experience the interface without the commitment.  We understand that it may not be the most ideal but we wanted to offer it as an option.

We certainly do!  Please visit our YouTube channel for helpful tips and answers!

No.  But please let us explain why you may not want that and what we do to help automate transaction entry.  It boils down to security.  Not only is handing your bank account credentials (username and password) to services like Plaid (a popular service some apps use) in our opinion insecure, it also violates some bank agreements.  In other words, when you sign up for most bank accounts the fine print you agree to states essentially that if you hand out your banking credentials they will not cover any loss that results.   Besides, you really don't need that.  We acknowledge that many apps use download services that require you to give your credentials while connected in someway to their services.   Please realize that spammers use similar technology.  Instead of doing that, we encourage you to "Get in sync" with your finances.  We have a receipt feature that you can configure to collect your tap-to-pay digital receipts and automate entry of those purchases.  For many, that covers the bulk of their transaction entry needs.  The other transactions, like deposits of your paycheck, stock purchases and sales, etc. you can manually enter, and in some cases import from manual downloads from your bank.  Many are financially motivated by the entry of these transactions!  In addition, using these entry mechanisms give you a better knowledge of your finances and are much more secure.  That said, we understand that some just don't want to bother because they feel it is too much work.  If that's the case for your personal situation, we appreciate you visiting, but our app may not be the one for you.

My Financials can be configured to receive transactions from Apple Pay's tap-to-pay transactions, text messaging transactions, Siri, and any other Apple Shortcut integrations you choose to do.  Those transactions are displayed in the app as "receipts" which can then be turned into transactions with a tap.  In other words, they help you automate transaction input from your personally chosen trusted sources!

My Financials supports the currencies of the iOS platform.  Each account can have a currency code as identified by the ISO 4217 Currency Code standard.  All transactions within the account are in that specified currency.

The first thing to verify is that the stock prices and share counts  are accurate for each of your positions.  If your money market funds are represented as securities in your accounts, please ensure that they are priced properly.

This can happen when the transaction description field for stock transactions is not provided accurately.  Please verify the description field for each stock transaction in your CSV, make changes as appropriate, and then re-import your data.  If only a few are incorrect you can also edit those transactions in the app to provide the accurate information.
